Child Study Services Home
Salem County Special Services School District provides a full range of
Child Study Team Services. These services are provided by a staff of
highly qualified professionals and can be tailored to meet the needs of
South Jersey's individual school districts whether public, charter or
private.
Psychological, Learning and Social evaluations are available using the most current diagnostic instruments for supplemental and independent evaluations. Individual written reports are provided with an appraisal of the student's current functioning, instructional implications and behavior related to academic functioning. Staff members are available to attend meetings, conduct observations and provide input in the development of an Individualized Educational Plan as needed. Professionals can be available to provide coverage for staffing needs on a short or on a long term basis with sufficient notice. Salem County Special Services can also provide complete Child Study Team services, including secretarial, for districts that do not have the need for a full time team or prefer to contract services.
